This would be great for us too.
The current Calendar integration is a bit limited with only going into 1 shared calendar.We can "see" other calendars if we click O365 when we are logged in and can drop them into other calendars but the backwards Sync doesn't work and doesn't attach to the ticket. Even if that was working it would help.

This would be awesome if available.
The ability to install and delete apps, view location would be important.
Particularly iOS for us, I don't think we use Android at all or very minimal but Android support would still be good.
Remote wipe, some kind of remote would be awesome via screen recording as we often have people with MFA issues and that would help solve them.
