   I vote yes. Reopening necrotickets is annoying, splitting tickets (the opposite of merging) would be immensely useful without having to copy paste into a new ticket.

    Absolutely! It takes longer to find a customer now that one needs to either scroll through all customers or switch to keyboard.
    The original alphabet filtering is much quicker.
