This is also critical for our upcoming needs. We are in the process of implementing a services manager role while having the need for an extra 15 agents, purely for ticketing purposes. It doesn’t make any sense to post for the full package for this many extra ticketing users..
EDIT: Happy to pay $30-$50 per month for each of these licenses.
EDIT: We're now getting close to the point where I'm going to be forced to moving all of our ticketing operations to another platform.

Me too, I'm actually ready to move our ticketing away from Atera from the lack of this option.
