An error occurred while saving the comment Martin Nigg commentedat the moment the software invetory report data is auto updated every 24 hours. but we recognized that if we open the invetory on a device manually then the report sothen has the newest and actual data too.
so it would be cool to have a button in the report system to say "update now all devices software data" or something like this.at the moment when we do some installations or removals and the of our todo list we have to manually open the inventory per device and run a report which is frustrating thing to do. if there would be a button in the customer view to say "update software invetory of all online devices" then "bamm" we are update 2 date in a few minutes and can pass on our work...

An error occurred while saving the comment Martin Nigg commentedthere is a already a sync to scalepad (ex. warrantymaster) but it is only one way. why not getting back the warranty end date and fill a field. "integration" does mean "sync" in both directions to me an not one way...

An error occurred while saving the comment Martin Nigg commented@nil: image the following: we deactivated driver updates on our update profile because there was a time when there have been problems. still we do not want to have this in the profile activated.
but we wanna make a nother profile only for hardware updates and add it. but that update too should not run automatically but with "run now".

sorry, but this question is a "not thought to an end one" once again. so why:
do you want to ask us for how our own O365 system (tenannt, users, etc.) should be integrated somehow?
or are you asking about "how can we manage multiple customer tenannts" like MS lighthouse and 3rd party cloud solutions would do?
so if YOU are asking us, could you please be that more exactly...
