    We need the ability to assign multiple technicians to a ticket. We have ceveral tickets that would consider projects requiring multiple technicians to coordinate assigned tickets.

Atera's a great platform, but, there's always a but, the features added are slowing it down - or something else is - and the delays in refresh are becoming troublesome where techs are waiting for every screen. It may not seem like much but it's noticeable. We have a bi-coastal tech setup and both locations have the same slowness so it's not regional or location specific but indicates a system wide problem. Perhaps before more features are added we can get the snappy speed back?

  4. I want to be able to show my customers what machines have been replaced over the replacement cycle, so I do not want to delete retired machines from atera, I want to be able to mark them as retired and exclude them from everything except a retired assets report.

    The current system of hide devices not seen for X days is not the same thing, Just because a device has not been switched on for say 300 days, does not mean that I do not need to know of it's existence for the fixed assets register.

  6. It would be nice to add a feature to filter or search through existing scheduled tickets. We have 100s of scheduled tickets to modify a ticket it can be a pain to dig through

  7. Software inventory needs more accurate information. I install software but when running Advanced Conditions from the Devices section, they do not work reliably. If I manually do a Software Inventory operation, then go back, it will apply the filter properly. The refreshing is tedious, especially with hundreds or thousands of devices.
