   Zendesk? Can do that.
   Freshdesk? Can do that.
   Zoho Desk? Can do that.
   Atera? Why can we do an essential feature? No ! Obviously...

   I'm really tired by this (expensive) solution.

   The only sentence that the support know is "Atera is a shit not able to do this, post an idea on uservoice".

   WAKE UP !!!

   I've only ask for simple and essentials features !

   Atera is not a new product, I don't know what do your devs?..

   My main regret, i've bought 1 year licenses... Power Plus plan ! Noob error.

   Most tickets platform can do this... Zendesk, Freskdesk, Zohodesk, even free than gestsup, but Atera.... as lot of essentials functions, NO.
