When typing in search it would be great is the UI would auto complete with assets in Atera (ie devices, customers and have this in a overlay so you can just click on the items without going to a dedicated search page. Possible integrate is with a tab fly out pane on the right side that could also be used to dock various tasks like powershell/cmd processes and allow the tech to navigate freely while waiting for command tasks to complete this pane would be like the password edit pane but allow multiple tabs and better control by the tech. Improve flexibility and productivity of techs.

Along side of this there should be a way to label and select device type or name for all detections. Not all devices are Agent or SNMP compatible and will just sit in Network discovery unknown by all techs but if they could be labeled and filtered to identify them then enrolling tech could identify each and clear it from being harmful. This would allow tech later to have more information and more quickly know the network environment when events/alerts occur. Additionally you could add MAC address vendor lookup to identify the device further.

Yes passkey management for multiple devices and platforms is needed! I was told you can only have a single passkey for each device type but it’s more like you can only have one passkey total. I use iPhone, iPad, Windows Desktop, Windows Laptop, MacBook and sometimes login on alternate devices at clients too. Users should be able to manage their own security MFA in the account settings and register as many devices as they need. Providing the user with the ability to manage all MFA would be highly beneficial.
