    is there any movement on this one becoming active? the reports for my monthly service reviews with clients are really hard to deliver when i can't give an average breakdown of tickets and give answers as to why SLA's were breached - it doesn't give this information and embarrassing

    this should include popular categories, and the sub categories of what common (if any) problems are being raised to be able to be more pro-active as an MSP
