It would be great to have the option to remove the Product Family default custom field under Ticket.

This feature would be great after the deployment of Azure AD contact importing. I imported members from Azure thinking I could select specific users.... Then, all users in our organization were added as a contact and going through one by one deleting users that do not need access has been a pain.
