Quotes from within any IT-based PSA are CRITICAL.
If a PSA can do invoices, but not quotes? That's like a car's engine having no battery. Quotes are the START of a process - just like the battery is the only way to start that car.ITGSI Support supported this idea ·

SuperOps.ai also has this and they are working on Sherweb integration as well.
These two are 2 of the biggest CSP platforms out there - Atera would do well to tie these 2 into the PSA.ITGSI Support supported this idea ·

Syslogs / Event Logs - aggregated and parsed into a BI tool/dashboard for "birds eye level" views of issues. Syslogs/Event Logs offer a wealth of CISSP related information when it is presented and understood by the administrator/tech.
