An error occurred while saving the comment Peter D commentedI find Atera almost useless without this. No notification or sounds. The site logs me out every 30 minutes and ticket updates are missed. As a "web-based" helpdesk platform it's terrible.

We will be losing a client due to this feature being missing from Atera. We transitioned them away from Splashtop direct and will likely have to transition them back now.

The best security we have now is FIDO2 hardware keys. MFA w/ more than one method is needed too. Atera 2FA only with app. Better than nothing but not by much.
