    It would be good also if there was an option to just show all tickets by the same contact or company - then we can just click them

    I second this, I often get warnings from Microsoft of vulnerabilities that apply to certain services and if I could create a threshold profile that fires if the service is running then I can target any remediation.

    If you are going to add this, make it optional as some companies don't do time based billing and it would just add something to click.
