   We really need to be able to add an admin / billing user, without paying for a full technician license.

   As a early MSP, as we are trying to grow, I now have an Office Admin and obviously there are a number of costs associated with this. The cost of another technician license just for a few hours per month of billing / reporting work is excessive, and would really limit our ability to continue to grow.

   I know this has been requested for years, and may not ever be addressed. Just know that it is a limitation - and an actual negative impact for some of us.

10. Add a billing account for invoicing that syncs with Quickbooks as it is different than the Atera primary contact.

    I've been asking for this for like 2 years... I even demo'd N-Able last year and currently demo-ing Ninja because a $200 license for an admin/billing user is wild.
