Also, allow for restricted access based on user role. Not all technicians need access to all passwords, by password protecting the folders or by setting role based access this would protect the client and avoid access where it is not granted. Also ability to hide the password all together based on role. i.e. only super admins can see the passwords and manage who has access to what password folders etc.
