I agree, the Knowledgebase feels pretty clunky to begin with, but having the list sorted would certainly help out.

Auto Elevate works with other ticketing systems, I have reached out to the folks at Cyberfox to see if they could build the integration. It seems possible considering it already works with connectwise, zendesk, repairshopr
