System Tray icon should be able to be white labeled, automatically activated, users should be able to create tickets without any log in and it should tie the workstation to the ticket when it is used to create a ticket.
We have several scripts we have to allow users to run on demand. Currently they do this from our old RMM system tray agent and we will need a way to provide this to the users. Ideally this would be added to the windows agent or to the user portal.
