  1. My current configuration to trigger Atera to send the customer portal credentials is after a new contact is added.

    This is a great feature but, what if your user/contact requested you to resend or reset his customer portal password? I think an option to send / resend will be a great addition to this section as oppose to sending it manually.

    I hope you will grant this request. It would make it so much convenient and easier.

  4. Before the update, on the Customer page you had the alphabet laid out so you could say, click "S" to show customers beginning with "S" and so on.

    Now we just have a long list of customers to scroll through which can be frustrating.

    Could the alphabetical selection please return?

  5. Click to call button to be added to all telephone entry points both on customer and contacts pages.
    In the same way, we can now click to call on the new customer search view

  6. Under Customer > Devices > Folders: The ability to arrange or drag the folders in a different order would be helpful for the organization. Under the current format, you create a folder and there is no way to arrange them.

  7. Add feature to group several customers and/or devices.
    Also, add feature to apply a threshold profile or running a script on a group.

    Just one example: Group that contains all servers, so I can apply a threshold profile or run a script on all servers at once.

  8. The same customer contact should be able to be assigned to several customers.
    We have contacts which need to be assigned to multiple customers. At the moment, a contact (because of the email address) can only occur with one customer.

  11. Ability to use the API to look up customers by Phone Number instead of selecting a page and then locating the customer. Also ability to create customer with just a phone number and not an email if one is not available.

  13. Currently when creating a new contract you can only initially select from "Contract Rates" in the dropdown. If you want to contract for a "Product" you have to save the contract first, then edit and select the product as they are not initially displayed in the rate dropdown when creating the contract. This is probably good so as to not have to dig though all products and rates each time. I suggest, similar to the "Additional Rate" option to add a "Product / Service" dropdown so items can be selected on contract creation and save some clicks.

  14. a disgruntled employee could go through Atera and delete critical passwords. the wrong password could be updated. An old system could come back to us with an out of data admin password that has been updated in atera and the old one forgotten.

    the ability to run a password history report on a client to see old or deleted passwords that were stored in atera, so it would make the actions of a disgruntled employee useless instead of critically damaging.

  15. Sometimes the end user is close by, and you need to copy the admin password so it would help to have the option to copy the password without reviling it.
