We have an existing help desk system that has the onboarding feature - our hiring manager setups the new employee ticket... the new employee (before they start) completes a questionnaire, and once they hit submit a series of tickets opens up for IT, Accounting, Marketing and others. We have the option to setup orchestration to create user accounts in Azure, but I'm not ready for that today. The onboarding feature is a really important piece for all of our teams. There are some things about that system I'm a little frustrated with and was hoping Atera would have that in place.
