You can set Atera to monitor agent and non-agent devices for availability. Enabling availability monitoring will notify you via alerts and the Atera Dashboard when a monitored device goes offline (down).
Important Notes
By default, availability monitoring is active for server agents and SNMP devices, but not for workstations and laptops.
Enabling/Disabling availability monitoring cannot be performed in bulk, it must be configured individually for each device.
Availability monitoring only generates an alert when a device switches to the offline status. It does not create alerts for when a device switches to the online status.
