An error occurred while saving the comment DeAnna Birdsall commentedSpecifically for Devices. Please move the notes field to the top of the screen. Being at the bottom our Tech's are rarely scrolling down and miss if there are notes.

If we change an old Technician account to a new Technician, it marks all previous tickets from the old Technician name to the new Technician, thus messing with the history on the ticket.
There should be a way to to remove old Technicians and still preserve the history across the system.
