    The best security we have now is FIDO2 hardware keys. MFA w/ more than one method is needed too. Atera 2FA only with app. Better than nothing but not by much.

    I find Atera almost useless without this. No notification or sounds. The site logs me out every 30 minutes and ticket updates are missed. As a "web-based" helpdesk platform it's terrible.
