I am not a fan of Quickbooks, so having Wave integration as an alternative, would be quite fantastic! one of my favorites when I was starting out.

Xero is pretty good as well, but charges by the invoice (it add's up), where wave does not. so more of a cost issue vs Xero.

Wave really is far easier for a small business too, or the 1 man msp's starting out (even premium consultants). QB is for medium or more complex companies, despite their name / claims, it is not very quick + a more confusing at first.

I really hope you consider it + many people notice it's on the list here + vote for it!

    Have a great day everyone!

What we need, is literally "any" credit card processor, to integrate with Atera.

in this "covid induced" remote work trend, how people pay remotely is vital. syncing to quickbooks, then re-sending an invoice from another program(qb) is... not a solution really, especially when multiple tech's are involved. This is just a work around for now. For year end / book keeping, the qb syncing is nice though.

To keep proper branding, ease of use and consistency, we need a simple integration, for say stripe or PayPal. (see syncroMSP or wave accounting, etc... they just use stripe, etc... Then we can simply email a bill to a client, they can choose to click "pay now" from within the Atera email and pay by card there.

** Also quite important, to have re-occuring bills, work with automatic credit card payments, (something that does not work in syncro msp very well) such as a small business on a contract or antivirus, who wishes to use a credit card rather than cheque or e-transfer. We could program it monthly, etc... and forget it (until renewal time :)

    Hey all,

We're currently designing an integration of Microsoft Teams with Atera.

We'd love to hear what are your expectations from such an integration.

Please answer this 1-minute survey if you'd like to provide your feedback.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts.

    Thank you,

    Yakov Gorbulsky | Product Manager

How about 2 way SMS integration? (this is something that large MSP's have with WhatsApp for business etc... but expensive for small 1-5 person MSP's.
Instead what about just having a single phone system (similar to something like Fongo works or line2 etc...) then share the sms in Atera somehow, with 2 way SMS with clients. All tech's that work on the ticket should be able to see the history. a step feature request, but would be game changer I think for smaller MSP's! Could also add WhatsApp and iMessage for business that way too, if they grow.
