Retain login session on App
The app constantly logs out and doesn't retain a login session.
It would be great to not have to constantly login on the app (maybe couple with faceID for iPhones?)

Search the Device list
We need to be able to search the device list. It's not in any sort of logical order, and we can't sort by/filter anything. A basic machine name search would be really useful.

Ability to access passwords section for each client
On mobile app it would be very useful to access the password section for each customer. Currently have to use web based version on phone which is not ideal.

Device Details in Mobile App
There are many ways the mobile app can be improved. For the most part, it would be extremely useful to get a consistent UX between the different UIs.
To start with, here are some things that are currently available on the web UI that are not available in the mobile app:
1.) Machine Name (or computer name)
2.) Availability Monitoring (enabled/disabled)
3.) Date Added
4.) Last Logged User - there's a few things to say here. First, it should probably say "Last User Logon" so it makes more sense in English. This is totally open ended. What features and functionalities are a must here? No need to say 'ticketing'….happily it's being developed as we speak.

mobile app customer signature
Allow a customer to sign for work completed. We go onsite to do work related to a ticket and once complete would be good to be able to get the customer/onsite contact to sign via mobile app to acknowledge work completed. This can be done via main web portal for touch devices but utilising the app for this function would simplify the process. This also gives us confirmation that work done and can be proven when or if a customer queries especially when the works invoiced.

Adding time entries through the mobile app
Currently - you can have the time auto start when you open a ticket or have it on manual mode.

Ticket filtering on the mobile app
Currently you see everybody's tickets, which makes sense for a one-2 man show.

Mobile app: not enough details on ticket
Tough to see the details of the ticket in the mobile app. It doesn't show enough information. Less readable than the desktop. The UI is not very intuitive + user friendly

Mobile improvement Colours
Could you please, please, please change the icons for the online/offline devices in the mobile App.
I have difficulty with colour ( collourblind) and for me it is nearly impossible to discern an online device for an offline one.
In the app this is represented by a dot in front of the device.
Online is greenish (old Atera) and offline grey. It is nearly impossible to see the difference, especially when looking on your phone outside, in the sun.
Could you change this to something else like;
- bigger dots
- different, more contrasting colours
