    We have a lot of architectual, media and engineering clients where GPU usage is an important metric to monitor and log.

  3. I would like to be able not only that my drives are almost full, but also the top 5 folders and/or files consuming the most space on each partition. That would be great to pin point the cause and act quickly. I normally have to use a 3rd party tool to determine the top disk usage by folders and files.

  4. More information from the PC's would be nice (e.g. take look at the amount of info that PDQ Inventory can grab from client devices without even requiring an agent installation).

  5. When Atera/Splashtop is uninstalled using Control Panel \ Programs and Features, it would be desired for the device to be removed from the portal too during the same process, without needing manual deletion or other commands run afterwards.

    Sometimes the end user would remove the software themselves without our knowledge, especially when the device is a personal PC/laptop, which leaves the device behind on the portal in a permanently offline state.
    I get that this can be done by not giving local admin but this often just not possible.

  6. Have an error feedback when the script is incorrect. Right now, even if the script is not correct, Atera can still show that it went successfully because it did run it.

    No mention of the script actually failing and returning an error!

  7. The ability to store a user's credentials on a computer so you can sign in as them. The functionality is already built into Splashtop it just needs to be enabled in Atera.

  8. Hi there, It would great that historic data is retained for previous users who have logged in, this could be time restricted, ie the last 3 months of active users, but something to allow us to review previous users.

  9. At the moment Atera will install the agent but assign this to the customer in an “Unassigned” state. We then have to update this manually in to folders. Atera should be able to decide whether the device is a workstation or a server, that way it can automatically go in to the correct patching/IT automation profiles.

  12. Other RMM/PSA's have the ability to 'remote desktop' in to the machine via a loopback from its remote control app, AND logs in with stored admin credentials. This let's technicians login as admin without needing to know the admin creds.

    The same Atera competitor even cycles the admin password automaticly after x time, Making credential security even higher

  16. You installed the Atera agent on a computer running Windows 7 in 2019, and then during its time it's been in place upgraded to Windows 10, taken a few Windows 10 build updates and is now on 21h2, or that Mac that was running Catalina when you last got in front of it, but it's now on Monterey.

    A visual timeline of these updates and patches would be very helpful. For those of us left floundering during the first day after Microsoft broke L2TP recently with an update, it would have been a great tool for piecing together "we've got…

  18. Currently it does not show if another technician is logged into a device via Active AnyDesk Session. It would be awesome if the UI could have an indicator like AnyDesk icon changing colors if a technician is already remotely connected to a device.

  19. Delete Agents / Machines which haven't reported back to Atera for a specific amount of time.

    For example, if a machine doesn't dial into Atera for 5 months, it will be deleted from Atera automatically.

    It would be ideal to have it a system wide setting, client setting, or folder setting.

  20. 1 hour is far too out of date for hard disk usage info, the alerts update quickly, so the information on the agent page should do so too! Out of date information is of no use to anyone.
