    In a market of heavy competition towards Windows Atera has the opportunity to thrive in RMM for Linux and MAC you have a have a great start Push it and corner a slice of the market that has little competition.

    Atera Patch awareness on Mac and Windows is better than a lot of its competitors. However, its remedial capability is poor. The machine should not be online to approve mac patches. I should be able to approve them, notify the end user allow them to postpone (to a max limit of postpones) then atera should patch and notify Please give this urgent attention
