There is no way I want my tech's to have this ability for all the reasons Jenny mentions. Yes, knowing if a users is working is useful but screenshotting what they are doing is something totally different and a massive security issue. My customer's HR teams would drop us like a stone if they knew we were able to do this.

An error occurred while saving the comment Andrew Viney commentedHaving an agent that can tell us the status of the device be it iPad, tablet or phone (droid and iOS) is getting more and more of a necessity every day. Just basic stuff like updates, last reboot, network info etc. Also being able to have some form of remote viewing/remote control is becoming more and more important to enable us to support our users.

This is a really important feature. We have job share users that need to use the same device. Having to enable and disable the user every time is not a practical solution. This would allow us both to make more margin(per user billing rather than per device). Please, please add this ASAP. Thanks
