Really would be helpful to have this limit removed! It makes it difficult to manage tickets from time to time.

Being able to filter out a customer would be fantastic. It would allow us to manage ticket queue without having to worry we will miss something when a new customer is added, which happens now because of the way the filters work with only including certain customers.
