Alternatively, extends the API so that Splashtop remote requests can be read with start and end times per agent and customer.
But i would definitely recommend these remote connection reports. it will help a lot of technicians to review their daily work - I doubt that everybody will use the ticket functionality. An automatic report on daily or weekly basis would increase the revenue from our technicians.
