    Hey,


    Atera holds an integration with AzureAD (Entra ID), the integration maps sites/departments to Atera.


    The integration syncs licensed users, and has the option to import selected security groups.


    On the Enterprise/SuperPower plan, the integration is ongoing.

  2. The AnyDesk used by Atera is currently on version 7.0.14. AnyDesk is stating that this version is over a year old. This has implications on IT-Security an privacy as we are using outdated software on over 1000 devices. Please update AnyDesk to the current version which is 8.0.6 up to now. Please accelerate the release cycle in the future. Thank you.

    Thanks to you, Atera is better today than it was yesterday! The feature you requested has been implemented and released!

    The Windows Anydesk custom client has been updated to version 7.0.15 and the Mac custom client has been updated to version 8.0.0.

    The Linux custom client has yet to be updated so it is currently disabled until a new version is released.

    We’re excited to announce that the ESET PROTECT platform and its solution tiers are officially accessible from the Atera App Center! You’ll now be able to activate, provision, and deploy ESET’s products directly from the Atera platform.


    The ESET PROTECT platform provides endpoint & server security, endpoint detection & response, advanced sandboxing, Microsoft 365 app protection, full disk encryption, and more — enabling a comprehensive security package.

    Hey all,


    We're thrilled to announce we've added additional filtering to our Azure AD sync capability.


    You will now be able to sync based on Groups and User Types (Members/Guests).


    This will allow you to have a more focused and relevant importing process, saving you from importing irrelevant contacts from your instance.

  6. The Splashtop remote access agent should allow more than one remote session on a customer computer at a time. For instance, there are times when one of our staff needs assistance during a remote session with a client. It would be nice if two of our support agents could both be in a remote session simultaneously.

    Hey everybody,


    We have introduced the ability to have simultaneous remote sessions on the same computer using our integration with AnyDesk! 

    The integration comes free of charge for our Growth and Power users.


    For the larger teams out there, you will be able to work together and help each other troubleshoot as you're assisting clients.


    Also, under Admin > Settings > Remote access, you can choose AnyDesk as your default remote connection tool, ensuring it is installed across all of your network and newly added agents.

  7. Patches are currently only installed for a lvery imited number of Chocolatey applications.
    Please apply the patches to all installed Chocolatey applications.

    Hi all, Software patching applies to all software installed through Chocolatey, plus a list of default software that will be installed regardless of it's installation method.   8. Would be nice to have a report that list installed version of a 3rd party software and compare it to choco database to let us know with is outdated. Defender for endpoint is doing this and it is very useful .

  12. Actually there is no way go get data in the field RateID querying API, so is not possible to import ticket data to a custom ERP.
    Without this field is not possible to create invoices
