  1. There are many ways the mobile app can be improved. For the most part, it would be extremely useful to get a consistent UX between the different UIs.

    To start with, here are some things that are currently available on the web UI that are not available in the mobile app:
    1.) Machine Name (or computer name)
    2.) Availability Monitoring (enabled/disabled)
    3.) Date Added
    4.) Last Logged User - there's a few things to say here. First, it should probably say "Last User Logon" so it makes more sense in English. Second, this is true for the web app and…

  2. Tough to see the details of the ticket in the mobile app. It doesn't show enough information. Less readable than the desktop. The UI is not very intuitive + user friendly

  3. It would extremely helpful, if the search field, in the mobile app, would also include last logged in username. Just like it does on the Atera web browser. Sometimes we don’t know the agent name, but we do know the end users name, needing help. But searching by username and displaying the agents with that username is a huge time saver on the mobile app. Till we have that common search ability, the app is basically useless to me.

  4. Brand new native mobile app that will support the following:
    1. Push notification for chat messages, alerts and other notifications
    2. Technician GPS tracking
    3. Scheduler (Shifts, holidays, sick leave etc.)
    4. Task management
    5. Remote connections including ScreenConnect, TeamViewer and Splashtop

  11. Could you please, please, please change the icons for the online/offline devices in the mobile App.

    I have difficulty with colour ( collourblind) and for me it is nearly impossible to discern an online device for an offline one.

    In the app this is represented by a dot in front of the device.

    Online is greenish (old Atera) and offline grey. It is nearly impossible to see the difference, especially when looking on your phone outside, in the sun.

    Could you change this to something else like;
    - bigger dots
    - different, more contrasting colours
    - a dot for online…

  16. I found the other day when on-site at a clients office that I was unable to add a customer while using the Atera app. Did I miss something here or was that an oversight? I am requesting that an add button be placed in the app so we can add customers on the fly if that is possible. I get new clients while on the go all of the time and usually either have to get my laptop out or write it down on a piece of paper then add them when I get back to the office. This is…

  18. We need to be able to search the device list. It's not in any sort of logical order, and we can't sort by/filter anything. A basic machine name search would be really useful.
