Adding time entries through the mobile app
Currently - you can have the time auto start when you open a ticket or have it on manual mode.

Ability to access passwords section for each client
On mobile app it would be very useful to access the password section for each customer. Currently have to use web based version on phone which is not ideal.

mobile app customer signature
Allow a customer to sign for work completed. We go onsite to do work related to a ticket and once complete would be good to be able to get the customer/onsite contact to sign via mobile app to acknowledge work completed. This can be done via main web portal for touch devices but utilising the app for this function would simplify the process. This also gives us confirmation that work done and can be proven when or if a customer queries especially when the works invoiced.

Currently you see everybody's tickets, which makes sense for a one-2 man show.

Correct mobile phone call bouton for user contact
There's a field error between phone number and mobile phone number in the Atera mobile app.
I have to specify mobile phone number in the phone number field to be able to call my customer from the Atera mobile app.4 votes -

Mobile app: you can look at tickets, but you can’t search for a device. You need to browse per page and to get to device.

Simple Mobile App improvement with big benefits and really simple to do
When I click on the Customer in the mobile app, if you were to remove the Customer Logo, dial button and location from the General and Devices pages you would create a much more useable space. Pretty logo's are actually limiting functional space in this instance, it would be a real benefit if it was gone particularly when scrolling devices.

Add Signatur to ticket answers
Add Signatur to Response from Ticket. Currently i can answer a ticket, but i have to add signature, name, title under the text. It would be nice to have the ability to add a line like " answered from mobile phone, technician surname, lastname"
