3rd party version report vs curent version
Would be nice to have a report that list installed version of a 3rd party software and compare it to choco database to let us know with is outdated. Defender for endpoint is doing this and it is very useful .

Quickbooks Time integration within Atera web/mobile platform.
Quickbooks Time is already a well established time tracking software that directly inputs time into Quickbooks (Online and Desktop), and accounts for other legal time tracking requirements such as state overtime laws, auditing of time editing/entry, location tracking, ect.
They have an API to allow for integration into other platforms like Atera. Being able to do a start/stop timer with Quickbooks Time and that time being already tied to Quickbooks Payroll, will ensure that employees accurately track their time on tickets. zoho CRM Integration
Atera does not allow us to fetch records based on the email or phone number, it allows us to use the ID only. This makes 2-way syncing with crm's nearly impossible . I'm requesting that Atera's api allow the use of other fields (primary and composite keys) to identify and fetch contacts, customers, etc.

Trend Micro
Trend Micro has been a go to antivirus and cloud security suite for quite a long time. Bigger competitors of Atera such as Connectwise and Kaseya have Trend integrations.

Active Directory Devices sync
Being able to integrate with active directory would make life so much easier. If your device list was paired with AD you wouldn't have to manually add / delete devices. It would be done automatically. And you could continue to sort different devices into different folders. Reports about software licensing would be more accurate.

ScalePad
We've started using ScalePad. I know Atera integrates with them already, however, their Software monitoring doesn't currently work with Atera. They current integrate with ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, Ninja, N-able, Cisco, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. I love using Atera and do not want to sign up for 1 license on another RMM to install it on everything just to use this feature. Thanks!
