Adding my two cents here. Setting up dynamic groups in Entra is imperative with very large tenants. Users get terminated and hired frequently and having to manually enter user information into our IT support system seems counter intuitive. I don't need another system to manually manage users and their basic employment information in.

I know smaller businesses don't mind this because there is rarely turn over or mass employment changes, but large corps. do this often.

Please make this a priority for your larger clients.

Another user just joining the Atera platform. Can't say I'm shocked by the lack of Dark mode with the initial request being from 2021.

Like most IT support, we do a lot of your critical work over night and when I have to get up from sleeping to handle an emergency issue, I don't want to look at this unapologetically bright interface that causes major discomfort to my eyes right after I wake up.

I can only guess that the Atera's site is built on a platform that doesn't easily allow implementation of dark mode. But this is a serious lack of functionality. It's difficult to have a positive attitude with other staff or clients that I'm supporting after waking up to be blinded. It literally makes my job more difficult and I'm sure I'm not the only one that feels this way.

How many more people need to voice their opinion on this before you make something happen?
