  1. It would be great to have the public IP of the managed computer displayed in the list of computers. This way, we can easily identify if all computers in the company are working from the same location of the user/computer is working remote. This would also allow us to see server NAT information as well.

  2. When in the "Devices" tab for a client, Atera should display the number of devices either by default or bring up the count when selecting all devices

  4. With the June 2022 update, when you log in, the home page defaults to taking you to devices. It used to default to the dashboard. Please change this back so it goes to the dashboard. Or, please add a feature where we can customize which screen we first see when logging in.

  5. There are a few missing features from the classic UI that makes the New UI much harder to use:

    • Unassigned being red in the Tickets page. Just adding that splash of colour makes it really easy to identify which ones are unassigned or not.

    • Ticket page icons. In the classic system you can easily identify where the ticket originated from with the envelope / phone icons. It adds a bit of context when looking at a ticket to see if someone has already spoken to the requestor, or if it it's an untouched email, so we can respond quickly.
