    We are an MSP currently running our own on-prem RustDesk server and would absolutely use this inside Atera if supported.

    The key value is not just “add RustDesk.” The real value is allowing MSPs to use RustDesk as a fully integrated remote access option inside Atera while pointing to our own self-hosted RustDesk ID/relay server.

    Requested functionality:

    * Launch RustDesk from the Atera device page
    * Support custom/on-prem RustDesk servers
    * Associate RustDesk IDs with Atera devices
    * Deploy/configure RustDesk through Atera automation
    * Include permissions and audit logging for remote sessions

    This would give MSPs a secure, cost-effective alternative to Splashtop, AnyDesk, TeamViewer, and ScreenConnect while keeping the support workflow centralized in Atera.

    For MSPs that already self-host RustDesk, this would be a major reason to stay deeper inside the Atera platform.
