    Ok For what im seeing nothing gets worked on when we have these issues because as of 5/26/26 this is still an issue original ticket is 10/07/21

    Please allow technicians to edit Internal Notes, but keep full version history for accountability. Each edit should: > - Store the previous version. > - Show who edited it and when. > - Allow users to view or toggle between versions, and ideally highlight changes. > This keeps the audit trail intact while letting us correct typos, update details, and keep tickets clean and readable.
