    To add some context to my vote, the Atera Ticketing Solution is light years behind Freshservice. I can script actions based on ticket workflows and approvals. Example, a new user ticket is automated from the time the ticket is created through an HR approval and then onto creating the account and sending a temporary password and closing the ticket.

    It would be ideal to be able to access the devices that Atera manages to execute scripts against devices. Automox does a little bit of this. Any device within Automox is sync'd to Freshservice's asset inventory and then can be patched etc from within the ticket system. Additionally, it would be ideal when the user chooses their device as part of the ticket that I can initiate a Splashtop session straight from the ticket through the Atera controlled agent.
