    yes please!

    I have a client on a 5-year contract paid monthly. Each year they get 20 of service calls included (onsite/remote not differentiated). These hours need to be tracked and once exceeded the client pays per hour, but the rates differ for onsite and remote and are increased for after-hours onsite and remote.
