  2. Make it so you can see Webroot Alerts, which computers have it installed, clean viruses, run scans, etc. all from inside Atera.

  5. Currently a single customer is unable to have several different sites configured. For example of company that runs several dentist practices in different locations. Also if you create a new customer for each of the practices you are unable to use the same contact / owner details across the different customer profiles which causes another problem.

    So the solution would allow us to create multiple sites under one customer profile thus allowing us to access these different sites and allowing us to use the same contact details. It will also be good to have the ability to assign different contract…

  6. a disgruntled employee could go through Atera and delete critical passwords. the wrong password could be updated. An old system could come back to us with an out of data admin password that has been updated in atera and the old one forgotten.

    the ability to run a password history report on a client to see old or deleted passwords that were stored in atera, so it would make the actions of a disgruntled employee useless instead of critically damaging.

  8. I do wish we had some kind of info come into Atera with Acronis and Bitdefnder. As a MSP, we don't like to have too many different portals to get to vital information. But, we understand that sometimes that isn't possible. Also, this is more of a wish than anything. But, I would love to see some kind of API endpoint added for pulling Patch management profile information. We have a monthly schedule that we automate windows updates for our customers. I would like to be able to pull the date and customer assigned to that profile. This way I…

  9. The API does not report custom fields we create. At all. It also doesn't report Private Notes, only public replies/emails. If the fields exist on the ticket, we should be able to see that field in the API get request.

  13. It would be good if Atera would commission a third party to undertake a security audit of the Atera platform and publish the report. How can we provide any kind of assurance to our customers when we do not even know if security is being looked at?

    If Atera suffers from a breach what can we say to our customers? We use a random product that we have no idea the security of it and they got hacked?

  14. I can only display the last comment made by the customer in an automated email ticket. The issue is that there is no context for the user's response without visiting the Atera portal. A helpful feature would be to allow the entire ticket conversation to be displayed in an automated email template when the user updates a ticket.

  15. More granular user permissions. A lot of things now require the highest admin rights which should really be reserved for the owner. Also, it would be nice if the folders for client devices allowed granular permissions, that way certain techs could have access to some client devices but not all.

  19. Would be great to have a "Device" Tab on the bottom of the mobile app so we'd have a direct way to access the full list of devices in alphabetical order (with the option to sort)
