  1. It is really annoying that there is no granularity in permissions.
    I should be possible to be admin without licence just to manage the tenant wich is not possible now. Management roles and user end roles aren't separated levels.
    Permissions should permit to create user profiles allowed to do everything except management such as changing licensing or viewing invoices wich concerns management not technicians. Payments method is saved so no control on bills
    IMO Actual user management is lacking this VERY important nuance. Very urgent implementing this otherwise not suited for large/well structured companies

  3. Add ability to add multiple threshold profiles onto device

    e.g. one for device monitoring (disk space, cpu usage) and add another for monitored events or services

  6. This surprised me, but apparently apps that are installed by Ater's Chocolatey integration cannot actually be uninstalled the same way. Wouldn't it make sense to allow silent uninstall of software the same way Atera installs it?

    I think this is yet another case for allowing us access to the choco command. There have been several instances where this would have been extremely useful...

  8. I want to be able to show my customers what machines have been replaced over the replacement cycle, so I do not want to delete retired machines from atera, I want to be able to mark them as retired and exclude them from everything except a retired assets report.

    The current system of hide devices not seen for X days is not the same thing, Just because a device has not been switched on for say 300 days, does not mean that I do not need to know of it's existence for the fixed assets register.

  16. Ability to remove "view" option for scripts for tech that are not admin - Currently when they run the script on a device, there is option to view the script. The use case for that is, if we are using API key in the script to use custom fields, we don't want to expose our API key to normal technicians.

  18. The ability to import a floor plan from a customer location would be great. Something where objects could be manually dragged to their location on the floorplan for users, printers, datacenter etc. Then we could lay out a customer location and be able to know where the device is located. Even as far as clicking on the device to bring up its screen to manage it.

  19. Assign a contact to multiple agents and/or assign multiple contacts to an agent. Preferably the latter of course (n:n). It's very common for a customer to use/own multiple devices or a device being used by multiple users.

  20. Could be great that the Atera agent scans the devices looking for known vulnerabilities, just as we do with some products, to then report all the items found and having a knowledge base with all the recommended fixes.

    For example, Atera would scan the registry for settings that are not in compliance with a template provided like "Windows Clients - enhanced security", and then will report for each found setting and will have a link for the knowledge base with more information on what should be configured. Templates could be provided by the Atera community, the Atera product engineers, and…
