  2. Would be great to run a profile from the manage agent. Now you have to find the agent, assign a IT automation profile, go back to admin- patch management-apply to - agent-save-Then go back to the profile and click run now...
    Profile is very useful to install base software and then apply script like install bitdefender.

  3. Would love the option to be able to submit estimates and work orders in the billing section much like invoices. This would also connect to products and services for easy find/insert keeping end users from having to go outside of the Atera app.

  5. I would like the Periodic Customer Report to have more information, it is very simple.

    Information such as:
    How much time of website activity do I stay online in the month
    Successful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
    Unsuccessful verification of the antivirus running on the workstation and servers
    The days of the month that Windows backup ran smoothly
    Patches that have been updated on all computers and servers on the site.
    And community staff would add more items.

  6. Customer just reported since we changed to atera, they can no longer view tickets which their staff have submitted. Would it be possible to have a manager view for a customer so they can view all tickets logged under their account?

  7. We are managing our SLA's in other software than Atera. It would be great to use the API to sync contracts.

  9. It would be great if we could have more than 1st response and closed tickets. For example we have 2nd response time, 3rd response time and onsite response time.

  10. Currently, I was informed that the only way that a Technician can support Atera's "Work from Home" feature is to elevate them to be Admins. This will also give them access to billing information the way we have our roles set. The "Desktop Remote Management" and "Server Remote Management" roles should allow technicians to be able to support the Work From Home feature without granting them access to Full Admin rights, but currently it does not work that way.

  11. Ability to easily track incidents for customers.

    I.e Contoso has a limit of 5 tickets per month.

    Upon the 6th ticket logged, a pop up comes up when an engineer accesses the newly created ticket, advising them the customer has exceeded the monthly incident allowance.

  13. Implement ADD integration.

    Allow AAD users to be able to sign in to the Customer Support Portal, instead of having to create accounts for every user, and then assign them to the relevant company based on email address.

  15. It would be interesting to change the required fields in the Custom Files>Product family section.
    It doesn't make much sense to force you to add Child values to a category.
    What would be mandatory is to create the category value and then it would be optional to add child values. Not every time you create a value you want it to have subcategories.

  18. Atera shows software as having been uninstalled from an offline machines in the recent process report, when in fact it has not yet been done. This is not very helpful information.

    Also can you please have it show the time it was actually executed when the machine comes back online as this is very important too.
