Dev Team: I need something similar. I want to have RECORDS of ALERTS taking place which I think we can do now. However, there are some instances where I want an ALERT recorded but then auto-resolved automatically for INFORMATIONAL alerts specifically. Others would be nice too if you could get more granular. However, I want to know SOFTWARE/APPLICATIONS were updated/installed but I dont need to know 7 days after an issue/non issue occurs. To state it another way, "If after 5 days an INFORMATIONAL alert for Adobe Software updates is not manually resolved, please resolve this INFORMATIONAL alert automatically." Its important to an extent that I wanted to know it happened. But in this case, not important enough, to take an immediate action. I want to know but I dont want to take an action. Then I'm left with hundred of those alerts to close where no action is required.
