The new customer view interface is NOT I repeat NOT at all helpful to me when navigating through my customers. I wonder who at Atera decided it was easier and better to NAVIGATE through it??
It really puzzles me when any organization makes a change for the sake of change. Just leave it alone please.
I have no issues with the current interface and wish not to ever change to the new interface at all. Let me repeat myself so you understand their is nothing wrong with the current interface it is very very very easy to navigate through. If this becomes a mandatory feature of this product I may consider changing platforms. Change for the sake of change is a very very bad idea!!!!! Make something else in or too the platform that is useful and enhances the use of this great product. This certainly is not.
