Admin account without licence, licensing only for management.....
It is really annoying that there is no granularity in permissions.
I should be possible to be admin without licence just to manage the tenant wich is not possible now. Management roles and user end roles aren't separated levels.
Permissions should permit to create user profiles allowed to do everything except management such as changing licensing or viewing invoices wich concerns management not technicians. Payments method is saved so no control on bills

Delete Technicians

Hypervisor monitoring and management
It would be nice if the Atera agent could discover and effectively manage hypervisors, as Hyper-V. That it detects the Hyper-V role installed, Virtual Machines running on each host, and show the statistics and status of all the VMs in almost real-time in the web console. Also, to be able to see the overall resource utilization like RAM, CPU, Disk, from the host side, so that we can confirm our virtualization host is going OK. Also later the ability to monitor and manage Hyper-V Clusters.

Different License Types
The ability to have different licenses for different types of employees. For an example a tech that is hired for helpdesk only does not need the Quickbooks integration. It would be nice to be able to hold the Growth license as the owner and the Pro license for the tech. It would also be beneficial to have a billing only license type for bookkeepers.

User Permissions in Admin Section
I saw in latest release that users can now have device control as well as monage scripts and patches etc without admin permissions but admin permissions are still required to edit knowledgebase.
I would suggest a toggle to allow / disallow access to:
Custom Fields
Ticket Automation Rules
Software Bundles
Thresholds
SNMP Templates
Email Templates
KnowledgebaseThis will make it easier to delegate hman resources to roles without needing to give full admin permissions to edit / create a KB Article.

Search - Custom fields
Search bar should be able to search agent by custome field value.

The ability to export or backup passwords. We had an issue recently where a password was overwritten. This ability would be extremely useful.

Customize sent from address for emails
We have a few emails addresses setup that we would like to use to send emails from for different emails from Atera.
So for email alerts we use a specific email address, for Helpdesk tickets we use another email address, For reports another email address.
We would like to be able to setup each email type to be sent with a specific email account not all use the same email address.

Approve scripts before executing
Ability to approve scripts before they get executed. Hackers are exploiting RMM to install ransomware, having an approve button before a script runs could prevent mass ransomware deployment if our RMM ever gets compromised.

Restrict IP Permissions with subnets or include Geo blocking
Currently the restrict to specific IP addressing is set to a single IP address.
If the IP address restriction allowed subnet masks, then it would be easier to add our ISP's to the list - so when we are roaming we could still access Atera without a VPN.

White Label Login Portal For Technician
Instead of having a technician log in to app.atera.com, have my own custom domain (ex. app.mydomain.com) instead to access the portal to login to the dashboard. Similar to what https://www.gohighlevel.com/ is doing. True white label SaaS.

Automatic Refresh of Devices page
There needs to be an option that allows you to set the page refresh interval per technician account. This should affect all pages while logged in.

Assign Ticket to First Responder
I would like to make it so that when a ticket is first replied to by a Technician, then that Technician is assigned that ticket (not Round Robin). For example, if there are Technician 1 and Technician 2, and Technician 1 responds to a ticket, then the ticket is assigned automatically to Technician 1. However, if Technician 2 also helps by replying in that ticket, Technician 2 will NOT be assigned the ticket automatically. It's whoever replies to a ticket first that is assigned it. This feature exists in other Helpdesk services so I would like to see it here.

Better Granularity of user roles
Would like to give technicians full permissions to specific customers, don't wan't to assign "full admin access".
Things like create folder, add computers to folders does not work if you haven't assigned "full admin access"
