Alert scheduling/automatic snoozing
Set an alert schedule for different customers/The ability to automatically snooze alerts for certain periods of time each day.
This has been a slight issue for us due to patch management causing high CPU and Memory usage alerts to be created so we get lots of alerts overnight.
It would be nice to be able to snooze these for particular customers but to be able to do it automatically or on a schedule.12 votesNice! Change the durations to actual timestamps on Alerts
Atera currently shows time stamps for alerts like "3 hours ago" If I am trying to look through an event log on a device to find the cause of that alert I need to know the actual time that atera logged the issue, not some vague time 3 hours ago.

Threshold profile to check low usage
threshold warning when Network Bandwidth / cpu usage / memory usage goes below a set threshold and not only when it goes above said threshold.
for devices that are meant to be constantly running and we need to be alerted if they crash to go in and solve the issue.

Threshold selective email alert
Hi support,
I think it could be nice to have the possibility to mark what kind of a part threshold can send email and what no.
For example: hdd usage over 90% sends critical email alert, but cpu temp over 70 for a couple of time not.6 votesNice! The feature you requested is being reviewed by our product team. firewall
I would like to be alerted if unexpected ports are opened on the company firewall, a very simple pen test that scans a specified public IP (or URL) and checks if any non specified ports are open. It would be an automatic scan that runs once a day.

alerts
It is imperative that there be a separate/different subject line when a computer is unavailable, and also that it indicates how many computers are involved. This is basic for any RMM and is a huge flaw in your service. For those of us who have a lot of customers/machines, there are a lot of emails that come in daily and it is way too easy to miss ones as critical as unavailability. It cannot be that difficult to have those go out with a different subject line, or even allow for text notifications under those circumstances.

Intregation of Email-based Monitoring
Add Integration Monitoring of Email-Notifications from different Devices, likewise "Checkcentral" for example. We monitor Backupjob from different systems with different Software. The Software send only Mails, when the Backup-Job is definitly running OK, otherwise the Monitor shows failure.

Make threshold checks less sensitive
Since moving to 100th percent for disk threshold checks, we now get a great many more alerts/resolves as storage bumps against the threshold. Was never so frequent when checks were whole percent.
Can we either go back to whole percent, which was perfectly adequate or revise the threshold checks so it doesn't generate so many alerts. Option 1 is simpler but if there's a valid reason for measuring disk usage at 100th of a percent then it needs a "resolution" threshold as well.
That is, above 90% warning alert but needs to drop below say 85% before the alert is…
