This is really important for me. For most of my clients, there are multiple mailboxes that invoices need to be sent to - some are internal to the company, but more often than not invoices need to be sent to a 3rd party accountant or payment system (like Bill.com). Currently Atera does not cooperate at all with data stored in QuickBooks Online. I need QuickBooks Online to be the source of truth for everything invoice related, not Atera.

I agree. When working with a ticket, 9 times out of 10 I'm also working on other things. It would be really beneficial if we had a pause button in addition to the stop button.

If I stop the timer, it's not very easy to start it again. Like when I navigate away from the ticket screen and go to the problem device. I love that the ticket timer stays on top of the screen, but if I need to stop it to work on something else, I have to go back to tickets, find the ticket, then start the timer and navigate back to the device. All of the extra navigation and page loads can easily be avoided if we simply had a pause button.

I'd like to see additional metrics for TCP, HTTP, and Generic devices. Things like round-trip time (RTT), packet loss, data jitter, and latency are very common in other solutions. It would be highly beneficial for me if these metrics were added to Atera so I could see (and report on) them.

Some additional metrics that would be extremely useful are bandwidth capacity and bandwidth consumption. These would really only apply to WANs that I monitor at a customer site.

I 100% support this. Being able to classify alerts based on some hardware matching would be really beneficial. I would want to say something like "if processor contains 'i7' set temp threshold to 90F for 30min", or something to that effect. What I DON'T want is "if processor equals 'Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700 CPU @ 3.00GHz - 8 cores' set temp threshold to 90F for 30min".

Congratulations on helping shape Atera! The feature you requested is currently being considered for development. Please be patient as the process can take a while or even stall to make way for other features. We’ll update you once it’s been implemented and released!

Unfortunately Atera does not maintain their own Powershell module. PSAtera is not made or maintained by Atera and is the work of Dave Long. If you want features added to it, you might want mention that in Atera's Slack (https://aterachat.slack.com) and tag Dave. But right now he's the only one maintaining it and I think he's looking for more contributors.
