  1. We have moved from Ninja to Atera and the difference in Policies is a bit disappointing.

    With Ninja we could have company wide policies applied to "Servers" or "Workstations" and a Mac, Windows and Linux option.

    However, we don't seem to have an option like that with Atera, instead we have to make sure to manually apply server polices to servers and workstation policies to workstations.

    Each Policy would also give us the option to setup alerts and scheduled tasks/script which doesn't seem to be in Atera.

  4. Recent processes table records should be accessible from a separate menu item and records related to a specific device should be easily accessible from the device page.

    Recent process records should also be accessible via API
    The process records needs to be accesible by an ID and directly referenced via a URL so that the record for easy reference in emails, documentation and other systems.

  5. When setting up Atera with new users, for people not on Office 365, adding new users one at a time automatically e-mails that user with their username/password - when importing a list of new users from a CSV file, the e-mail is not sent. It would be a nice improvement to have it send the e-mail when importing a list.

  11. It would be nice to be able to print or save to file from the Devices>Agent>Patch Management screen. Currently it displays the list. Our auditors want a document from our management tool that details what the patch state of a server is, and when patches were applied. I was told that this can be generated via an Excel output, but an Excel file can be manipulated after being exported. Which the auditors don't consider a valid document.

  12. It would be awesome if the end user could navigate through "square", clicking from macro-categories to specified categories and automatically fills the relevant fields.

    Example

    Hardware/software configuration -> print installation -> select the printer(s)

    HR resources -> onboarding new employee -> (fill contacts fields and hardware/software/permissions required)

  14. We would like to be able to add products and expenses to tickets while in the ticket creation page.

    Currently a ticket needs to be fully created, then open the product and expenses menu in order to add products to a ticket. It would be beneficial to workflows of creating tickets where products are being delivered or purchased to be able to add them before opening up the ticket.

    1. Need to be able to expand the window and/or columns when viewing the Registry Editor. Text is cut off and can't see things without doing a LOT of extra clicks and guessing to find out if I'm on the right entry or not.

    2. Since the HKEYCURRENTUSER is not shown, have an easy way to tell the user which profile is the correct one under HKEY_USERS. This can possilbly be matched by automatically parsing the ProfileImagePath under each user at this location:

    HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList

  15. Your Timesheets reports merge different information into the same cell. For instance, to make it easier to import a csv file export from Atera into any accounting system, information from Atera should be exported with just specific information requested. Currently, an export from Atera merges ticket time with the date. This forces us to do extra work to split that that data up from the cell. Why can't you just organize the data into specific categories? Time and date are two distinct and different bits of information. I already get the time entries in a different field. Why is it…

  17. I monitor processes that only load once the user logs in.
    The Atera agent activates on startup before login so I get false alerts whenever they turn the PC on or shut it down.
    Could you add a time delay or a setting that only activates the threshold after login and deactivates on shutdown
