Advanced Reports: There is no access to the installed software tables, I know there is the atera built in reporting – but I wanted to see if I could add to the dashboard all the non-compliant versions of java and VOIP apps etc.

Allow custom buttons to trigger scripts
The option to add customized buttons on the device/customer device interface to trigger frequently used scripts.
The speedtest button would be a great example. Select a device and click a button for one click script runs and get the device speedtest.

More automation
I would like to be able to run a specific script based on the name of the alert or based on the description of the alert.
For example: critical alert from the backup software which reports that the folder is full in the description. The script will look for the path of the folder in question and clean it up according to its parameters. If it has made room, the alert is resolved, otherwise a ticket is created.

Select ALL devices at once (not in parts/currently showing 20 of X-devices)
Select ALL devices at once
To add profiles/software bundles, alert thresholds, etc.When you use the checkbox to select all devices, the UI only selects the 20 currently showing devices instead of ALL devices.
I would like to select ALL devices without endless scrolling down to show all devices and then scroll back up again, to check the box and push a change at once.

Change Threshold profiles to use a Parent/Child relationship model
It would be nice if threshold profiles were overhauled to use a system that uses a default parent profile and then you just create child profiles that contain deviations from the parent profile, for example, say for example we decide that on most devices we want to change the space alert from 90% to 95%, at the moment you have to go through and update every single profile that you have created.
What would be nicer is if that all additional profiles inherited the settings in the parent profile and then you just tweak anything that you want to disable…

Customer Portal View Only
Customer portal for viewing tickets only - i dont want the customer to be able to open the ticket. We want to open tickets once we speak to customers on the phone. We don't want them to have the capability of opening tickets on their own but we would like to provide them the possibility of checking the status of their tickets

Scheduling and better management of the software "uninstall" feature
The current "uninstall" function in Atera is extremely basic. There is no way to see the status, no way to schedule it, and it times out at seemingly random intervals, meaning software gets uninstalled from some machines but not others.
If there was a more advanced way to manage this, including persistence/retrying until the software has confirmed uninstalled from a client/agent, that would be really helpful.

Inform the end user when the chat has been properly set up on their end
Live chat: we’ve tested it and made sure that it worked. It is difficult to set up for first time user. The activation doesn’t tell you that it’s activated. When they copy and paste it and click on “confirm”, the window doesn’t go away and it doesn’t say that it says its registered. They have to close the window themselves and they don’t know that it’s working. It is confusing.

The ability to produce a report to show ALL email comunication that has been sent out
I have low confidence that Atera has stopped sending out emails to previous notification email addresses, and would like a report to show all emails sent out from the system
