Atera App through the Google Calendar App
It would be cool to be able to view a ticket from the Google Calendar App as a pop out or redirect to the Atera Mobile App, as well as being able to use the mobile app to send a ticket to the calendar or open the the calendar from a ticket that has already been sent to calendar.

wake on lan in Mobile App
Desired functionality in Mobile app(s) to allow Wake-On-Lan.
We have multiple computers on battery backup, which could be used as waking agents.
We're also enabling resume power on AC recovery.
In a recent power outage, I had to go into the office to turn machines on.
I could VNC and Remote Desktop to agent(s) powered on with my phone, but this is undesirable.11 votes -

Mobile application
Dear Atera Team,
I hope this message finds you well. We have been utilizing the Atera mobile application for managing our field technician operations and have found it to be a useful tool in many aspects. However, we have encountered some limitations in the mobile app functionality that have been impeding the efficiency and productivity of our technicians. I would like to provide feedback on two major flaws that we believe need urgent attention and improvement:
Task Scheduling Limitation:
Our field technicians heavily rely on the mobile application for task management while they are on the field. However, it appears…1 vote -

Ability to mass run a script it profile from the mobile app
We should be able to run a script or automation profile against a set of machines.
For example, I just read about a CVSS10 issue for chrome and would like to be able to update it without opening my laptop.

Mobile App ticket assignment
Mobile App: would like to see where I can assign to ticket. Would be great on that first screen, to see where the ticket is and assign it. It is just too many clicks. Would be more comfortable. Especially when you are on the go.

Alert Page Swipe to Resolve
The Alerts page on the mobile app needs work, specifically the 3 dots that rarely work. As there are only two options "Resolve","Snooze" it would be better to have the ability to swipe left or right on the alert to choose which option you want (this would looks much like the way one would archive/delete an email in the Gmail or Outlook apps.)

Make an option for tickets the default mobile view upon opening
When going into the app, make an option for what opens first. We only need the ticket system and it's a pain for an extra step.

landscape
The mobile app needs the ability to be used in Landscape view. Some of us would prefer to travel with a tablet instead of a laptop, but until the browser can open the Splashtop app, we're stuck using the mobile app. Super not-user-friendly when a tablet is in landscape mode using a keyboard and you have to awkwardly move it to read anything.

Please allow splashtop RMM to be launched from an android web browser.
I use an Android Tablet. The Atera interface is better from the browser than it is from the android app. Unfortunately when I attempt to launch splashtop from the browser on Android it failes. I have to use the app to create a romote connection from my tablet.
I'd like the web interface to notice that I'm on an android device and attempt to launch splashtop RMM for android as opposed to Splashtop RMM for windows.
