  1. It would be good to have a report attached to the scheduled emails so that we can export the numbers and log accordingly internally. This would be useful for automating product and expenses into invoices within accountancy packages.

  4. I am tracking the number of active users in my company. This allows me to see the health of each client and if I need to add additional resources to a client for support and buy-in of my market offerings.

    In short the more active users/endpoints the healthier my business is.

  7. Right now the Auditor Report can be exported as an XLS only manually.

    When scheduling a report (for example Auditor Report), a link is sent by email to access the desired informations.
    Using the link the data can be exported as a PDF but not as XLS.

    It could be usefull to be able to download the informations from scheduled Auditor Report also as XLS e not only as a PDF.

  8. We can generate auditor reports (and more reports) only by choosing a customer, but if i want just a report for few devices on a customer, i have to create a new customer. You can add a "folder" filter, so we can generate a report just for few devices.

  10. When scheduled reports are created -
    a generic message
    "Your Atera ‘Agent Health’ report is here"
    Can I option be added to either use the description (name of report) - or option to add the detail for the message
    This way you know exactly what the content of the email is - rather than having to click the link

  12. Report to list all device for a company with online/offline status and last logged on status. This will enable the ability to track computers that are unplugged, stolen, disjoined from the domain, retired, or just otherwise missing and need to be removed.

  13. I would love to be able to have reports automatically combined into one and scheduled to send to the customer on a monthly basis. Right now we have to either have the reports sent to a tech and manually combine them and then send. Previously we were able to do this until migrating over to Atera. Love Atera, just would like to get that feature back.

  14. currently we only get the choice of the default columns in the Timesheet Report. It would be nice to be able to select the ones you needed. Also, to show all time entries but only billable hours in the total hours on the top of the report.

  16. Agent Health Report: when you have just one device selected, to pull the info that appears in the hardware/disk sections under devices. It would be great to show a nice, sleek report to a client when they have a device that needs replacing (especially when they’re reluctant to do so even when the computer is on its last legs!!)

  18. Can a excluded Patch be removed from the Patch Compliance Reporting.

    So A practical example is MS released a preview patch this week and I exclude Preview patches from my customers but in the compliance reports it shows not compliant die to that patch not being installed.
